The Art of Sound Healing Level 1

My sessions incorporate Reiki, Energy Healing, BodyMind Bridge Hypnotherapy, Sound Healing, Meditation, and Spiritual Guidance and are deeply personalized, beginning with an intent-setting process to create a healing journey that resonates with each clients unique needs.

At my Light House Home Studio, I offer a range of personalized healing sessions designed to support their journey toward balance, clarity, and soul-level transformation. My approach blends the innate wisdom of your body, mind and soul with integrative healing techniques to create a powerful and nurturing experience that addresses each clients unique needs across the Physical, Mental, Emotional, and Energetic bodies.

Each session is thoughtfully tailored to guide clients into deeper alignment and to activate inner peace, wisdom and sovereignty. My offerings include Reiki, BodyMind Bridge Hypnotherapy, private and two person sound baths and Soul Alignment guidance sessions.

This immersive 3-day training is for those who are interested in a deeper study of the power of sound and the practical applications of Sound Healing, with particular focus on the use of the voice and crystal Singing Bowls as primary tools.
