Community Sound Ceremony | 7:30pm
Tuesdays & Thursdays | A beautiful way to experience sound healing in an intimate and sacred setting. Relax and receive as Irene expertly weaves a high vibrational soundscape with bowls, gongs, light language and other sound tools. Ceremonies are limited to 12 participants.

Deep Bass Bowls & Gong Immersion | 7:00pm
Once per month | Enveloped in the deep bass sounds of our largest pure crystal alchemy singing bowls and gongs, participants are bathed in deep frequencies and healing binaural beats for a continuous hour as 2 sound practitioners work over each person. Come experience what we lovingly call the Healing Sound Chamber.

Drum, Song & Shamanic Journey Circle

Come join us and gather and connect in community and fill your heart with the medicine of the drum, song, and journeying. We will begin in circle together drumming, rattling and singing some medicine songs. Then you can relax and receive a meditative shamanic journey.
Singing heals the body, warms the heart, and uplifts the spirit. As you relax into your innocence you will receive guidance and gifts. The vibrational frequency of sound. and journeying allows you to open into deepened intuition and enter a Theta brain wave state which elevates your energy and consciousness.
Through song, drumming, rattling and shamanic journeying we enter non-ordinary states of reality and align with our source connection. In this timelessness we access insights, guidance, connection, and healing. We journey to connect with and retrieve energy that assists us in our lives on many levels.
Throughout time we have gathered in circle with drums, rattles, percussion and singing to make music together, and celebrate life.
