Community Sound Ceremony
Tuesdays & Thursdays at 7:30PM | A beautiful way to experience sound healing in an intimate and sacred setting. Relax and receive as Irene expertly weaves a high vibrational soundscape with bowls, gongs, light language and other sound tools. Ceremonies are limited to 12 participants.

Autumn Equinox Sound Ceremony
September 19, 2026 at 7PM | You are invited to join us for our annual autumn equinox sound ceremony. This special event is held at the Center for Spiritual Living in Seattle. It is recommended to bring your own cozy setup if you would like to lay down. The room is carpeted and there are also comfortable chairs available for those who would rather be seated. However, bringing your own yoga mat, blankets and a pillow is recommended. This event features Irene on singing bowls and gongs along with three professional sound healers that will be roaming the room playing over each attendee. Join us as we honor the change of seasons, while nurturing yourself in a sea of sacred sound. Tickets are non-refundable as this event tends to sell out early. However, please freel free to gift your ticket if you cannot attend.
