The Art of Sound Healing Level 1

Rooted in a lifelong connection to movement and music, Kathleen has been teaching yoga since 2013 creating refined, restorative experiences that invite deep presence and renewal. Her offerings include yoga classes, day and weekend retreats, private and group sound healing sessions. Weaving breath, rhythm, and vibrational resonance into each experience. This immersive 3-day training is for those who are interested in a deeper study of the power of sound and the practical applications of Sound Healing, with particular focus on the use of the voice and crystal Singing Bowls as primary tools.
