The Art of Sound Healing Level 1

Karen Baskett is a Sound Medicine Facilitator and Ayurvedic Practitioner known for creating deeply personalized, immersive sound experiences. Using Ayurvedic pulse diagnosis, she “listens” to the body before each session, guiding sound with precision to support balance and nervous system regulation.

Based in Belize, she offers private, group, floating, and retreat experiences through her studio, AHA Life Lab. She is grateful to her mentors, Karen and Irene of the Seattle Sound Temple.

This immersive 3-day training is for those who are interested in a deeper study of the power of sound and the practical applications of Sound Healing, with particular focus on the use of the voice and crystal Singing Bowls as primary tools.
