The Art of Sound Healing Level 1

Lara Dunning is a sound healing practitioner and Certified Tone Circle™ facilitator dedicated to helping others unlock their natural ability to heal through sound. After navigating her own journey through burnout, pain and anxiety, she understands what it means to feel stuck—and how sound can guide your body and mind back to balance. Trained in Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, and vocal toning, Lara offers sound baths and vocal toning for deep relaxation and group healing, as well as one-on-one sessions that help restore energetic blockages and chakra misalignments, providing feedback on what’s happening with your body and biofield. Whether you’re seeking a restorative group experience or a tailored healing journey, Lara’s sessions support your path back to center.

This immersive 3-day training is for those who are interested in a deeper study of the power of sound and the practical applications of Sound Healing, with particular focus on the use of the voice and crystal Singing Bowls as primary tools.
