The Art of Sound Healing Level 1

I am a Pilates teacher, Reiki Master, and certified Sound Healer who listens and offers Sound to be integrated by your own body’s needs and innate healing capabilities. I offer one-on-one Sound Healing, Reiki and Pilates sessions, Sound Baths for groups and collaborate with Yoga and Pilates studios. Tuning in with nature, I also prepare flower essences, tailored to your unique needs and preferences.

This immersive 3-day training is for those who are interested in a deeper study of the power of sound and the practical applications of Sound Healing, with particular focus on the use of the voice and crystal Singing Bowls as primary tools.
