The Art of Sound Healing Level 1

Crystal Haven Sound Healing was born from a deeply personal healing journey – through an eating disorder, chronic pain , and ultimately, transformation through yoga and sound. As a lifelong musician, certified yoga instructor and sound healer, I use the ethereal frequencies of crystal singing bowls to guide you into deep rest, restoration and stillness. Offering Group Sound Baths & 1:1 Sound Healing, serving the greater Seattle/Tacoma area.

LEVEL 1

This immersive 3-day training is for those who are interested in a deeper study of the power of sound and the practical applications of Sound Healing, with particular focus on the use of the voice and crystal Singing Bowls as primary tools.
