The Art of Sound Healing Level 1

I offer trauma-informed, consent-based bodywork that supports nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, and deep rest. Sessions focus on listening to the body, building safety, and restoring connection at your own pace. Through therapeutic touch, breath, sound, and somatic practices, we create space for your system to soften and for healing to emerge naturally. As a queer person, ceremonialist, and lifelong bridge builder, my passion is deepening connection; to ourselves, each other, the Earth, and all living beings.

LEVEL 1

This immersive 3-day training is for those who are interested in a deeper study of the power of sound and the practical applications of Sound Healing, with particular focus on the use of the voice and crystal Singing Bowls as primary tools.
