The Art of Sound Healing Level 2

Meri is a certified sound practitioner and the founder of Grounded Sound Healing. Trained with The Seattle Sound Temple and The Sound Healer’s Academy, she offers restorative sound sessions and community sound experiences using crystal alchemy bowls and gongs, integrated with breathwork, meditation, vocal toning, and guided awareness to support deep relaxation and nervous system regulation. Her inclusive approach creates welcoming spaces for rest, release, and reconnection. Meri is also fluent in American Sign Language.

LEVEL 1

This immersive 3-day training is for those who are interested in a deeper study of the power of sound and the practical applications of Sound Healing, with particular focus on the use of the voice and crystal Singing Bowls as primary tools.
