The Art of Sound Healing Level 1
Rosalba “Rosie” De La Rosa-Ruiz is a Reiki Practitioner, channeler, certified yoga teacher, and sound healer devoted to creating transformative spaces for healing and self-discovery. Her work weaves together energy healing, intuitive guidance, movement, meditation, and sacred sound to support individuals in reconnecting with their inner wisdom and natural state of balance.
Rosie has co-facilitated international retreats and has also led her own retreats, guiding participants through immersive experiences designed for deep restoration, empowerment, and spiritual alignment. She hosts monthly New Moon circles that offer intentional space for reflection, manifestation, and community connection. In addition to her group offerings, she works one-on-one with clients and is currently expanding her teachings to include Reiki Level I and II certifications, mentoring others who feel called to the healing path.
Her professional experience includes providing yoga and Reiki services in a children’s hospital setting, where she supported young patients and their families with compassionate, trauma-informed care. She also serves the elderly community, offering yoga, meditation, and sound healing practices tailored to promote mobility, relaxation, and emotional well-being.
Through every class, circle, retreat, and training, Rosie’s mission remains the same: to hold grounded, heart-centered spaces where people feel safe to heal, grow, and return home to themselves.
